Brad did a poor job of representing me. He misrepresented what he was capable of doing. He is not a litigator and was seldom prepared with any reasonable line of questioning during my trials. He took my retainers and then flake out on his responsibilities. He’s really good at telling you how unfair your situation is and how much he will fight for you, but never does. His hiring has been to the detriment of my children. He was retained to handled both a custody and support matter; in both cases I am worse off.

He’s extremely well respected by all three of the county judges. He’s very well respected by other reputable lawyers. He puts the needs of children first and believes in a healthy relationship with both parents whenever possible. He knows the process and will instill you with faith, to trust in the process.

Hired him to represent my son in a matter, he received the down payment and promptly went on vacation to Florida. No contact, no update, nothing. finally returned a call , and had done nothing, and stated my son had no defense. ??Hello that is what your job is! anyway, fired him. He kept 1200.00 for his "TIme" returned the balance of the retainer. Basically he just took 1200.00 probably paid for the florida trip with it. Get someone else.

Such a personable and helpful guy. I certainly am thankful that I chose & trusted Bradney as representation for my out-of-state traffic offense. The outcome was so relieving and honestly MUCH more positive than I could have imagined! Besides great representation, he was very easy to trust and communicate with.

I gave Bradney $5,000 for a simple family court issue. He never filed any paperwork and has ignored me since he cleared my check. He is nothing but a scammer and will be known as a liar
