I was initially thrilled that the attorney took my case, and he was a kind and professional gentleman. However, I ended up spending nearly $20,000 without ever even making it to court. In hindsight, I would have been better off doing nothing at all. From the beginning and throughout our discussions, I made it clear that I did not want to proceed if there was any risk of exceeding my financial limit. Despite this, the lawyer not only went over my budget but also requested additional funds, showing a complete disregard for my financial situation. In the end, I was left extremely disappointed. I had sought help for a breach of contract, only to feel like I was taken advantage of twice over.

Excellent experience!!! I was not disappointed at all. I have worked with Mr. Chesworth and Johnstone prior to them being part of Tully and Rinckey and they did excellent work then. I followed them here because I was confident that I would continue to receive second-to-none service, and I was correct. they were very efficient and thorough. Completing documentations of that nature could be very emotional, however their mannerisms with me was very personable and comforting and I truly appreciated that.
