I retained Ian for both child support and custody. In child support he was able to set my child support at a number way less than what I should be paying. I hired Ian to represent me in custody, he answers every phone call and every text. During the process I never felt alone. If I got frustrated and carried away he would make sure that I would remain professional and would not tolerate it. Because of him I now I have a set schedule with my children, he stopped my narcissistic children’s mother from controlling and manipulating everything she could get her hands on. Thanks to Ian my kids have stability and they can be in their father’s life without having any issues. Ian is a man of hard work and he doesn’t stop until you get what you want.
Ian is a professional who brings a lot of expertise to the courtroom. He is not inexpensive, but he's worth it. He communicates well, thinks quickly and logically, and he has the experience. You'll realize that quickly when you talk to him. My case was a difficult one that was complicated by a lot of frivolous motions made by my ex-wife's attorney. Ian defended me professionally throughout all of them. I highly recommend him.
