Shaw & shaw is not interested in helping me sue a police officer for violating my rights, in fact they responded very rudely to me. Not recommended for civil rights cases, they're not interested in civil rights cases at all.
I just finished my second experience with Shaw and Shaw; they assisted in selling my previous home and purchasing of my new. I can't commend or laud them any more highly- Jennifer B was nothing but professional, prompt, kind and thorough in her explanations. We highly recommend Jennifer Burke. She has served as our attorney on multiple home purchases and each time has been great. Very knowledgable, extremely responsive to questions/concerns, and really pleasant to work with. Luckily all three sales/purchases went smoothly and were straightforward and uneventful, but we have no doubt that had issues arisen with the transactions that we could count on her to advocate for our best interests. Shaw & Shaw handled a real estate transaction for my wife, involving her sister, after her mother passed away. It was very contentious, as family matters can often be. Jennifer Burke and Diane Heintz were very professional and congenial and helped us get through a very difficult negotiation and both went beyond the norm to guarantee a successful closing.
