Terrible Human being used him for my divorce, my father knew his old man worked with ex wife’s lawyer said he never met him. I used to work at the ex wife’s lawyer building on occasion and saw him coming out of there all the time, my father was dying of cancer to make a long story short and I was going through a horrible time in my life mr Rocco promised the kids could never leave the state meanwhile I trusted him and he had me sign my rights away to kids without even realizing it, he helped my ex wife move out of state and didn’t do one single thing in my favor. Do not use this man he has no moral compass!!!!!
I agree with users below. The high ratings were definitely from past experiences with the original man in charge and not his son. The son is a nasty nasty individual. Since 2017 I never had a problem discussing anything with the father Richard Rocco. Now his son took over and wow.....what a disgrace. Wish I could leave zero stars

I used Rocco Firm to draw up my late wifes will ..They had no problem, taking my money of course, I call them this year to settle estate and they tell me it doesnt matter what was written in the Will.???? The Rocco firm wrote it in the will themself , so they are either dishonest or clueless how can you tell me that it dosent matter what was in the Will ?? i also had the conversation recorded and continue to listen to it because Icant believe what Mr Rocco told me on that call, .I have went ahead and reported them to the BBB and the Bar (Attorney Grievance Committee) for dishonesty. i highly DONT recommend them.. TIME TO RETIRE MAYBE?
