David Besso handled a case for someone close to me, took over 2 years with minimal communication. The only time there were updates were when we called the office. The final result was a letter in the mail stating they couldn't accomplish the task (which we knew was a possibility going into this.) A letter in the mail? Not even an in person meeting to discuss another angle? A phone call? WOULD NOT RECOMEND! Worst client service I have ever seen, let alone from a law firm!

LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!! I hired T&L, specifically, Michelle Aulivola to represent me. She lied to me for more than a month!! She repeatedly told me the opposition hadn’t filed the necessary paperwork, “Trust me, we’re checking with the court daily.” Well, completely accidentally I discovered from someone at T&L that the opposition had actually filed the paperwork more than a month prior!!! Michelle and “her team” were absolutely NOT checking with the court daily, but SHE WAS LYING to me on a very regular basis. When I discovered their deception I called the firm and asked to speak to a managing partner, so I could complain, I was told there were no managing partners. My only recourse was to discuss it with the liar herself. I’m sorry Ms. Aulivola a lie by definition is a deliberate mistruth, contrarily a miscommunication is accidental. As an officer of the court you’d be well suited to learn that distinction!! If you can’t trust your own lawyer to be truthful who can you trust? DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM !!! MS. Aulivola, I’m coming for you. You don’t get to lie and walk away.
I would highly recommend this law firm. I have been using the firm Long Tuminello for years now. Kevin Werner, Patricia Deegan , and Jared Artura have taken very good care of me! They are professional and very knowledgeable.
