My husband has been trying to call and email for a few months now. He got a message while trying to make his monthly payment on a debt (he supposedly has 2 accounts with these people for payment), stating that particular account (medical) would be transferred to Lacy Katzen's collection. So he called to find out how to make a payment because it isn't showing with the (auto) payment he already had. No one took his call. Week after week, month after month, NOTHING. This was before Christmas. Pretty sure before Thanksgiving even. February now and still calling. He tried to make an offer to fully pay on the auto payments and.....well, crickets. We are now currently looking into how to report this agencies neglect. Doesn't seem like they want our payments at all. Seems that might make a mark in a courtroom if you try to sue again. Thank you for that. *update: the last time we had contact about the (medical) account was July when they left a message on his account (Rothman Evans PC)about the transfer to Lacy Katzen. JULY 2024.

Clair from this law firm was very rude and I don’t understand how she is working in law firm her communicating with her. Client is very disrespectful. I could barely get a word out because all she wanted to do was hear her voice. I was trying to get a breakdown and understanding of my payments and she wasn’t trying to hear anything that I had to say which I find is very rude and discriminating of my work situation and what I’m able to afford and payments at this time I do not recommend this law firm at all
