Mr. Ballato successfully helped with our lemon law case. He was clear and concise with his responses to our questions, reassured us of our concerns, organized with all documentation, and his communication was consistently immediate whether by phone or email. I know if we had ventured into this process on our own it would have taken much longer, and he was able to recoup certain things that we would not have been able to. It is with confidence that I can recommend him, and I was relieved to have him looking out for our interests and guiding us through this process. Mr. Ballato made sure things went smoothly for us, and advocated for our situation when it was needed. He also happens to be a dynamic, likable, interesting person and I genuinely enjoyed meeting with him.

HES A CROOK
I went to Anthony as a new home owner who found severe termite damage in the structural beams of the home, after closing. Our home inspector completely missed the damage— a project that now was in our laps to fix and cost thousands of dollars. Anthony told me I absolutely had a case against the home inspector, that I would be able to recover some damages plus some legal fees. I paid him a flat fee of $3500. Once he started corresponding with the inspectors lawyer, his tone completely changed. He then told me “I’d be lucky if I recover anything” and that he never said anything about recovering lawyer fees. He was so nice the first few times we spoke then, once he had my money in hand, he had an attitude everytime we spoke, he acted like we never had the conversations we did, and he spoke to me in a degrading demeanor.
3 months in and I get an itemized bill in the mail for another $3k plus. I’m posting pictures to show how much he charges for stupidity. And if you ask for proof of the work— forget it. He can’t prove anything. I had no choice but to terminate our relationship. He “baits and switches” on clients. Read the other comments posted on his page—- I’m not the only one who’s had this issue and plenty of other people have things to say about his attitude.
Time to retire buddy…
If you meet with him, make sure you have a recording device ready and keep record of everything he says. I’ve already reported him to the state grievance committee.

Mr. Ballato handled my Lemon Law case, and it is clear that he is an expert in this area and knows how to get results. Having him on my side removed so much stress from the situation, because I knew that he was making sure everything was being done correctly and because his constant diligence and effort kept things moving along. His knowledge and professionalism was evident throughout. He fought on my behalf to have things dealt with quickly and to make sure things went smoothly for me and that my situation was dealt with fairly. He answered every question, and personally responded to my calls. Within local car enthusiast circles, he is known as THE guy to go to, and based on my personal experience I can see why. Thank you Mr. Ballato for your help, your time, and for looking out for my best interests!

I don't generally post reviews.
I had a "lemon law" case and needed an attorney and researched online, so I hope this helps someone in a similar situation.
Mr Ballato works locally on Long Island, there were a few other attorneys who seem to be based on a nationwide service, not local. I wanted to know if I needed something I had someone local representing me. I was very happy with the services Mr Ballato rendered.
Any email was promptly replied, and phone call also promptly replied. In fact, if you call his office you are very likely to actually get him on the phone. Good luck trying that with other firms.
My case was involved and took longer than we had hoped for to resolve. This was NOT due to Mr Ballato's due diligence, but on the car maker and their attorneys. Mr Ballato stayed on top of them and helped me with my deal.
There were no hidden fees, I was kept abreast of my situation the entire time and I was very happy with all the service Mr Ballato provided.
If I know anyone else who happens to be in the need of his services, I would recommend him to anyone.
top notch, 5 stars

What a great experience, in a world were one would assume a Lemon Law case would take months over months, Anthony was able to procure the manufacture buying back my defective new car. From the moment we first spoke, he was professional, quick to respond, execute all of the things he said he would, and turned around a commitment for the manufacture to take my car back. A true professional, pleasure to work with and a gentleman.
